…This is a feed list for our animals at WILLOW RUN FARM…

Grass-fed Cows:
Our cows are on a high forage diet and are fed no grain to ensure a higher quality, more nourishing and better-tasting food.
We feed our cows grass and free choice minerals in the most part of the year. In the winter months when the grass is not growing we supplement them with high-quality dry hay to ensure the best-tasting milk, even in the wintertime. No grain is fed to our cows at any time!

Grass-fed Sheep:
Our sheep eat grass and free choice minerals all year. It takes very little hay to feed sheep in the wintertime, as they live out in the fields all year around.

Pastured Goats:
The goats get soy-free grain (corn, spelts, peas, minerals) and free choice herbs and minerals and alfalfa-grass mixed hay.

Pastured Chickens (Soy-Free):
Our chickens and turkeys get soy-free grain (corn, peas, wheat, oats and minerals) and lots of scraps like old cheese, skim milk and meat scraps. They are moved around on the pasture during the spring, summer and fall months.

Grass-fed Rabbits:
Our rabbits get only fresh grass in the growing season and some good quality hay in the wintertime.

Pastured Pigs:
Our pigs are out on pasture and eat grass, weeds etc. They are fed whey, skim milk and organic corn.

Thank you for supporting a small farmer! It is our goal to keep on supplying farm fresh food to friends like you.

We look forward to you becoming a valued member of our farm!
